OZARDIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Membership at ozardis.com provides members with a community base of like minded students interested in learning the resonance repatterning system, deeper aspects of the system, supporting each others personal transformation and growth and inspiring all members to maximize their personal and professional potential.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Platform - Services are generally provided on line with live video conferencing currently using the services of www.zoom.us and recorded media published on www.Ozardis.com

Timezone - Times of seminars, classes and events are quoted in the EASTERN time zone unless otherwise stated. We observe daylight savings time year round.

Fees And Payments - we reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the web that are currently free. However you will not be charged for access to the Services unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges.

Seminar Payments - All fees and charges shall be billed to you as arranged and paid for by you. Members may view their invoices and receipts on their account profile.

Emails - We email members with notices of upcoming seminars and programs; and provide class or event reminders and access details via email.

Services - we provide opportunities to learn the official licensed Resonance Repatterning material developed by Chloe Faith Wordsworth through online live video conferenced seminars, pre-recorded webinars and other content developed by the Ozardis team and made available online. Seminars may include audio and/or video recordings. We enable mutual support among students with protected class pages, discussion boards and directories.

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELF-TRANSFORMATION

Members are responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Member agrees that the Ozardis team is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Ozardis team. The member understands repatterning is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Members understand that repatterning work is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If a members is currently under the care of a mental health professional, the Ozardis team will recommend that the member inform the mental health care provider and the member may need to have a referral letter from their health care provider.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS

The member agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in any seminars or programs they are enrolled in at ozardis.com

Members enrolled in live classes are requested to bring seminar class issues to the attention of ozardis team as soon as possible so a resolution can be reached.

Confidentiality - Our teaching method draws on the stories and questions of our students to help shape the class. We expect what is shared to remain confidential.

Members are not to infringe on copyrighted materials or proprietary information and expected to keep the recordings and resources for seminars private; please do not share without our written permission. Doing so may result in additional fees.

Members are expected to respect other members contact information and the community relationship for learning. Therefore advertising of goods and services other than those at www.ozardis.com is only permitted with the written consent of the Ozardis team. No one shall assign their membership to anyone else (logging in with your u/p)

Ozardis reserves the right to remove shared content deemed to be inappropriate.

APPLICABLE TO ENROLLED STUDENTS FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Seminar Refund and Cancellation Policy – We understand that circumstances and schedules can change even with the best of intentions and you may be unable to attend a seminar you have enrolled in. Ozardis will accept cancellations and issue refunds under the following condtions:

  • if the Ozardis team cancels a seminar or other paid event, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • The Registration deadline for all seminars shipping books is 10 business days before the first class of the seminar.
  • The Cancellation deadline is 4 days prior to the first class of the seminar.
  • Registration fees will be fully refunded if the registrant cancels prior to the registration deadline
  • No refunds will be provided if the registrant cancels after the cancellation deadline or is a “no-show” at the seminar.
  • If the registrant cancels after the registration deadline but prior to the cancellation deadline, the registrant may choose to either:

a) Receive a partial refund of 50%

b) Apply the full amount as a credit to the next seminar scheduled or other seminars at ozardis.com

Class attendance Policy - let us know in advance if possible if you are unable to attend a live scheduled class.

Attendance / credit for class - To earn a seminar completion, a student must attend seminars in person if at all possible. Exceptions can be made for a student to miss one segment of learning per section. The student agrees to review the audio recordings and meet with Carolyn Winter to review the missed session prior to the next scheduled class.

Self Paced Participation - recorded programs at ozardis.com are made available to future students who also agree to the participation policies of confidentiality at this site. Members are aware that their participation in a live recorded program may be accessed later by absent enrolled students or students enrolling at a future date

Limited :  Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Ozardis team makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Ozardis team be liable to the Member for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Member may incur, the Ozardis team, entire liability under this agreement, and the Members exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the member to Ozardis.com under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

Termination:  Either the member or ozardis team may terminate this agreement at any time with 2 weeks written notice.

Through our services and this membership agreement we intend to support your empowerment, with breakthroughs, learning and transformation.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
